This cummerbund is handmade in the U.S. in our very own unique silk to be paired with a matching bow tie and worn with a tuxedo for the most formal of occasions.

Where, when, why and how: Cummerbunds have a long history of being worn for black tie events, where one would be required to wear a tuxedo. Seamlessly drawing the eye up from the trouser to chest, visually slimming the waist, and providing an alternative to a waistcoat or vest are all great reasons to wear a cummerbund. You should always wear a cummerbund with the pleats facing upwards, positioned halfway on the shirt and trousers across your midsection.
